As the years went by, I began to study exercise methods and techniques, exercise science, muscle physiology, human anatomy via library books as well as any medical journals I could find on these subjects.

By the age of 35, I began to develop a keen interest in the area of nutrition and so I began to pursue studies in this field as well. As with the fitness field, as I learned more about nutrition, I wanted to learn even more with any chance I had to do so.

Finally, I had made the decision to become certified as a fitness trainer. I had already been training people over the years and found that I really enjoyed working with them, as well as seeing their joy over their results.

I also currently hold a certification as a fitness trainer through the “ISSA” (international sports sciences association), as well as a personal trainer certification and a sports nutrition certification through ExpertRating global certifications.

My passion is to help you to lose weight and achieve better health and overall fitness the right way. I do this by helping you to develop proper eating and nutritional habits and integrate them into your daily life.
